Lacustre Vivo

What we reject and propose

Lacustre Vivo is not against markets or people who earn well. It is for profitable business with ethics and a long horizon, where value stays in the commune.

What we reject

  • Return promises without backing, quality, or explained risks.
  • Speculative flips that only raise prices.
  • Projects that pressure land without social return.
  • Low-quality builds sold as investment.
  • Tenants treated as numbers: opaque leases, no maintenance, forced exits for tourism.

We reject practices, not people.

What we propose

A movement that puts the question on the table, and practice: prioritize long-term leases, multi-month seasons over nightly rentals in homes that could house locals, responsible high-end tourism, honest numbers, and saying no to misaligned mandates.
